A glacial broke in Uttarakhand’s Chamoli district on Sunday which led to an avalanche and massive flooding in the Alaknanda and Dhauliganga rivers. Reports suggest that over 150 people have lost their lives and 150 people are missing. The search and rescue operations are currently underway in the state.
